  • Return Policy

    Whilst every care is taken to photograph and detail each piece as accurately and in as much as detail as possible, it is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the piece will fit in the space required and is suitable for the intended use.

    Refunds will not be given where an item is determined not to be suitable or will not fit. Refunds are not normally accepted for changes of mind either. Any returns that are accepted (at our sole discretion) are done so at the buyers cost, i.e. no refunds of shipping or handling costs will be provided. 

  • Shipping Charges

    We have tried to keep our shipping prices low and simple to understand.

    For small items, incl paint & accessories, shipping is free for spends over £75. For orders under £75 its a flat charge of £7.50.

    For larger items, like furniture, tall lamps and artwork; for orders under £200 we charge £29.50, for orders over £200 it's £19.50.

    All of these just cover some of the costs to us - we are a small boutique business and just cannot offer free shipping on everything. We'd rather provide a higher level of service and higher quality products.

  • Free Local Delivery

    We are pleased to offer Free Delivery to within a 15 mile radius of Howden. Just select this option at checkout. 

  • Delivery & Manufacture Timeframes

    We carry a lot of items in stock at our studio and showroom in Howden - most furnture, lighting and artworks displayed on the website are in stock and are available for quick delivery, usually within 3-5 days. 

    Paints - whilst we hold a good quantity of stock, some colours may not be in stock. All colours and types of paint are made locally and we can usually get them within a few days.

    Bespoke Manufactured Items - anything made bespoke for you takes a little time, after all its custom made. We advise timeframes of between 8-12 weeks, although usually it is quicker than that. ust get in touch if you are unsure.

    We will be in touch immediately if an item you order from us isn’t in stock and we will advise a likely timeframe.
