Should you wish to return any item(s), please get in touch with us to arrange a returns authorisation. You can return items within 30 days of purchase, but the item must be unused, in the original packaging, in a resaleable condition, and you must cover the full cost of the return. You must also arrange the return with a suitable courier and make sure it is adequately insured.

Where you have purchased the items as part of a package, we will work out the value of the item being returned, based on the general retail price, less a proportion of any discounts you have been provided (for example package discounts, £199 credit for buying multiple packages) etc.

Refunds will only be processed once we have received the item back and have confirmed that it is in it's original packaging and is in a resaleable condition.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund, if you request this, until 14 days from the day of delivery.

When cancelling your order under these Regulations, you are responsible for the full cost of returning the goods to us, or for our cost incurred in collecting the goods from you.

We will refund only when the correct item(s) have been received by us. We may make a deduction from the amount refunded to you if the goods have been used, parts are missing, or the goods or their packaging has been damaged in any way.

This right does not apply to the following items, unless they are faulty...

Personalised items or custom made products of any kind.

In addition, unless faulty, for health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on the following items:

Your statutory rights in respect of faulty, damaged or missing items or goods which are not as described are not affected.

It is your responsibility to check that any and all product(s) are fit for the intended purpose, will fit in the room or space intended, and will fit through doorways and openings into your home or the intended room. Goods cannot be returned on the basis that they don't fit in your home.

Design is a matter of individual taste and we have put these curated design packs and furniture/finishing touches packages together on the basis that we believe that the products, fabrics and finishes all work together. You may not like one or more product or finish, and again that is a matter of taste. We do not provide any guarantee, or accept any liability of any kind, if for example you do not like the product(s) when you have bought it/them. Subject to our (or the retailers) terms and conditions, you can simply choose to return it/them and select something else to suit your individual taste.
