      Whilst every care is taken to photograph and detail each rug as accurately and in as much as detail as possible, it is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the rug will fit in the space required and is suitable for the intended use.

      Refunds will not be given where an item is determined not to be suitable or will not fit. Refunds are not normally accepted for changes of mind either. Any returns that are accepted (at our sole discretion) are done so at the buyers cost, i.e. buyer must organise and pay full cost of return back to point of origin, plus we will deduct our original delivery costs of £25 and a handling charge of £35, per rug from any refund provided. 

      Refunds are not provided on made to order items.

    • Shipping Charges

      Delivery is included in the price on all rugs, direct from our supplier to your door. 

    • Delivery & Manufacture Timeframes

      Most rugs are in stock with our supplier and can be delivered to you within a week, however some may take longer. We will contact you if we expect your delivery to take longer than a week, to discuss options.

      Anything made bespoke for you takes a little time, after all its custom made. We advise timeframes of around 12-14 weeks for these rugs, although usually it is quicker than that.
