Stonebreaker
ABOUT THE COLOUR...
An earthy neutral that was inspired by the Pre-Raphaelite painting “The Stonebreaker” by John Brett (1857-58), which was his most celebrated work. It depicted a boy breaking stones with a brightly lit background, showing a highly-detailed landscape and embodied a moral message about child labour.
