We’re Hannah and Matt, an interior design team based in Howden, just outside the beautiful city of York. For the past six years, we’ve been helping homeowners across North and East Yorkshire bring their spaces to life in a way that feels personal, layered and completely finished.
Revival by Design was born from a simple idea: that a well-designed home should feel as good as it looks. Not just styled for photos, but thought through for how you live day to day - the light that pours into the kitchen each morning, the view from the bath, the way your favourite chair feels at the end of a long day. Whether it’s a Georgian townhouse in the centre of York, a cosy apartment overlooking the Ouse, a modern family home in Fulford, or a family cottage on the outskirts - we’ve worked on homes of every shape and size.
We’re not a “design and disappear” kind of studio. We made the decision early on that design-only services weren’t enough, because our clients don’t need a beautiful concept with no idea on how to deliver it. They need someone to carry the weight of the project and take it off their shoulders, and that’s exactly what we’re here for.
